Fashionable fundraiser at Weyburn Salvation Army

The Weyburn Salvation Army Thrift Store is planning a fashionable fundraiser in September.

The Fall Fashion Show will take place on Saturday, September 25 at Captain’s Hall at 2 p.m.

Lieutenant Melissa Mailman said the show will feature clothing from the Thrift Store in order to show the public what the store has to offer as well as serve as a fundraiser for the Salvation Army. The show will also feature coffee, tea, cupcakes, door prizes and plenty of surprises.

Mailman added that models of all ages are needed for the show and anyone wishing to volunteer should contact the Thrift Store.

Tickets are $5 each and are available at Grower Direct and the Salvation Army.
