February in the arts


A "Double Feature" exploring the wonder and mystery of lived-in spaces lost to time is on display at the Allie Griffin Art Gallery.

"Obsolete Spaces" by Wendy Weseen and "Diminished Accommodations" by Tina Hudson will be on display for six weeks until March 14.

At the Weyburn Credit Union Art Gallery, "Folk Art" for the month of February brings works from the City of Weyburn Permanent Collection by Raymond Churchill, Hugh Alexander, Kay Flury and Margaret Mainprize.

"Moments in Time" is the annual exhibition by the Soo Line Camera Club this year in association with and as part of the Saskatchewan Prairie Light Photography Festival taking place in 12 galleries throughout the province.

"Moments in Time" featuring the work of Mary Jacobs, Kim Schneider, Natosha Hala, Sid Trepoff, John Woodward, Art Wallace and Art Beck will be on display at the Signal Hill Arts Centre until February 27.
