McNeils to entertain at Wheatland Senior Centre on Tuesday


The McNeils will be providing the entertainment at the Tuesday afternoon dance at the Wheatland Senior's Centre on June 24.

The Monday Bridge tournament saw first place go to Elfreida Mantay, second to Jim Brown, and third to Harry Schiller.

The senior centre Friday bridge tournament results were, Andy Dumba in first place, second to George Gillies, and in third place was Jim Brown.

The Trump Whist tournament ended with a first place tie between Roger Marcotte and Howard Giroux, with second place to Bernice Jaster.

In the Hi-Lo Whist tournament, first place went to Ray and Connie Boucher, second place winners were Jim Kaz and George Gillies, and Kay Bachman and Basil Holyer placed third.

In Canasta, first place went to Mary Halbert, second place to Marlene Decker, and third place to Anne Gutzke.

The Kaiser play ended with first place going to Melba Bent and Fran Franks, second place to Kay Bachman and Basil Holyer, and in third place were Howard Giroux and Annie Balzer.

Thursday's Crib play saw first place go to Bill and Joan Harder, second place to Doug and Lona Wilkinson, and in third place, Phyllis Lindskog and Donna Davis.

In Shuffleboard, first place was awarded to Earl Berard and Pat Schutz, second place to Ray Boucher and Mary McCurry, and in third place, Vern Leach and Ione Berard.
