Bread baking contest held at the Museum

The Soo Line Historical Museum held a bread-baking contest, during the Weyburn Wheat Festival on August 11. The overall winner went to Isabelle Larson with her handmade Multigrain Bread. She won a Kitchen Aid Mixer from Elite Kitchens.

There were three judges for the bread-baking contest this year: Vicki Leas from Welsh Kitchen and Bakery, Bernardine Lafoy from M.D. Convenience and Bakery and Dillon Bain from Co-op Bakery.
